For the purposes of our education, I’ll be working in pg Admin 4. Installation of PostgreSQL and pgAdmin. Here are the steps: Install PostgreSQL and pgAdmin through their default Windows install methods. (Sorry Mac and Linux users, this party is PC only for now!) Download a.tar file to be used for sample learning. The latest version of pgAdmin 4 is 4.28 on Mac Informer. It is a perfect match for the Business category. The app is developed by org.pgadmin and its user rating is 3.4 out of 5. $ cd $ rm -r.pgadmin/ Note: macOS Sierra (10.12.6) and pgAdmin 4-1.6. Also you are going to loose configuration data like database list tree, et al. The Databases will remain intact since you are modifying/deleting PgAdmin related data not any of Postgresql itself.
